Half is this sunday!! :O
I’ve gone out for some short light runs this week and done some stretching. Nervous for race day but eager to finally have completed my goal!
Run today felt good…it is HOT in t.o though! Feeling better about my race today
Half marathon’s next sunday! I am excited, but also really nervous.
I seem to have hit a wall, my runs really aren’t going well and I’m always tired…
Has this happened to anyone else? How did you get over it?
Drop into my ask for some advice, it would be greatly appreciated! :)
New 10km PB: 44:45
It was a hard run but I’m really happy I beat my previous time (45:01). Recovery was hard but I am feeling much better today!

Nice and slow run today!
It’s getting nice out in the tdot! The downside to this is
1. I forgot to wear sunscreen and am now a little rosy
2. I need to run earlier
3. BUGS!!!! These little fly things are everywhere and they fly in my mouth and eye…gross
Off to work now, which is a work out in itself.
